CRGT offers a free recruitment service. We have a dedicated recruitment team who will work closely with you to ensure you get the right person for your business.

CRGT pays the wages on your behalf. As part of our service contract CRGT is the legal employer. We will ensure the apprentice/trainee is paid according to the relevant industrial instrument, including annual leave, superannuation and WorkCover.

CRGT will support you throughout the entire process. Every Host Employer, Apprentice & Trainee is allocated an experienced Employment Co-ordinator. They will provide you with regular personalised and professional support, everything from taking care of all the paperwork, organising training and managing performance.
